Seeing them go through their ‘ah ha’ moments regarding their diet and how we can make small but significant improvements fills me with joy

I wish eating well was simple but it’s not just about food is it. It’s about the cost of the food and the time to prepare the food. It’s about how many of us cope with emotions with food and how certain foods can impact our body in a negative way

There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to eating. I’m a perfect example of someone that has taken years to find out which foods I can and cannot eat. That being said, I do strongly believe that everyone should needs to eat more of these 3 foods groups

Vegetables, Organic when possible

Good Quality Fats

Healthy Proteins

It shouldn’t matter if you are paleo, gluten-free, vegan or something else completely – I encourage you to change your mindset so that each meal you have incorporates all of these 3 “food groups”[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”3732″ img_size=”570×374″][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” css=”.vc_custom_1510316061094{margin-top: -145px !important;padding-top: 0px !important;background-position: center !important;background-repeat: no-repeat !important;background-size: cover !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]
