Peanut Butter Paleo Pancakes
A delicious paleo based pancake recipe using peanut butter powder (can sub for alternative)
  1. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients (almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, powdered peanut butter and hemp seeds)
  2. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs, oil, milk (1/3 cup + 2Tbsp) and maple syrup
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until well combined
  4. On a heated, lightly greased skillet drop 1/4 cup rounds to make pancakes. Wait until edges golden before flipping
  5. Serve warm with grass fed butter or coconut oil and berries of your choice
