Easy Paleo Granola
This oat-free granola comes together in 10 minutes using paleo pantry staples and is sure to be a hit during breakfast and afternoon snack time
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a medium sided sauce pan, combine almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup. Stir until melted over medium heat. Add vanilla. In a separate bowl add hemp seeds, walnuts, coconut and pumpkin seeds. Add almond butter mixture to dry ingredients combining well. If mixture if too wet can add more of a dry ingredient of your choosing (ie. more coconut) Add a pinch of salt and cinnamon if desired Bake for approx min, checking every 5-7 minutes and mixing granola so edges do not get burnt
