Blueberry Paleo Cake
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8inch circular pan with parchment or lightly grease
  2. Mix together almond flour, arrow root flour, baking power, cinnamon and salt
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, eggs and maple syrup
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring until just combined
  5. Fold in frozen blueberries
  6. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and place in over for approximately 15 min or until knife comes out clean
